PTGaming Terms & Conditions

By accessing the PTGaming Platform in any manner — including but not limited to browsing the website, registering an account, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or contacting customer support — you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in full;
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

To register and use the PTGaming Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. In accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations, PTGaming strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any person found to be under the age of 21 will have their account immediately suspended and all funds may be forfeited.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawfully permitted. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable local laws.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary or otherwise, that would prohibit you from participating in online gaming activities.
• Not a PTGaming Employee: Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of PTGaming and its affiliated entities are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in real-money gaming on the Platform.

To access real-money gaming features on the PTGaming Platform, you must register a player account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) PTGaming account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. PTGaming reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the information provided.
• KYC Verification: PTGaming is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. PTGaming will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Account Updates: You must promptly notify PTGaming of any changes to your registered information by contacting our support team.

All financial transactions on the PTGaming Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: PTGaming currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and major credit/debit cards (Visa and Mastercard). Accepted payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.
• Minimum Deposits: Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. PTGaming reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds at any time.
• Withdrawal Processing: GCash withdrawals are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are generally processed within the same business day, subject to banking hours and system availability.
• Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. Funds derived from bonuses are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. PTGaming reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Transaction Limits: Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply to both deposits and withdrawals. These limits are displayed within your account dashboard and may be adjusted based on your account verification status.
• Currency: All account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). PTGaming does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
• Fees: PTGaming does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which PTGaming bears no responsibility.

PTGaming offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. PTGaming reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Bonuses may not be available to players in certain regions or to players who have previously abused promotional offers.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or the exploitation of software errors — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins are subject to expiry periods as specified in the relevant promotion. Unused bonus funds will be removed from your account upon expiry.
• Modification and Withdrawal: PTGaming reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Game Restrictions: Certain games may contribute differently to wagering requirements or may be excluded from bonus play entirely. Refer to the specific promotion terms for details.

The following general rules apply to all bets and wagers placed on the PTGaming Platform:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed and accepted by the PTGaming system. PTGaming reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface.
• Errors and Malfunctions: In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or software fault that affects the outcome of a game or bet, PTGaming reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players. PTGaming's decision in such matters is final.
• Obvious Errors: PTGaming reserves the right to void bets placed at odds or on terms that were clearly erroneous, including pricing errors, data feed errors, or human input errors. Winnings derived from obvious errors will not be paid.
• Disconnection: PTGaming is not responsible for bets lost or disrupted due to internet connectivity issues on the player's side. Players are advised to maintain a stable internet connection while gaming.
• Game Rules: Each game available on the PTGaming Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the PTGaming Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the PTGaming software or infrastructure;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing PTGaming staff or other players;
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.

All content on the PTGaming Platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of PTGaming or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of PTGaming.
• The PTGaming name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of PTGaming. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
• Game content provided by third-party game providers remains the intellectual property of those providers and is subject to their respective licensing terms.

PTGaming collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• PTGaming collects personal information necessary for account registration, KYC verification, transaction processing, and regulatory compliance.
• Your data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes. PTGaming may share data with payment processors, regulatory authorities, and fraud prevention services as required.
• You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PTGaming's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall be limited to the amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• PTGaming shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
• PTGaming does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• PTGaming is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your negligence.
• Nothing in these Terms shall limit PTGaming's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Either party may terminate the player account relationship at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Player-Initiated Closure: You may close your PTGaming account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
• PTGaming-Initiated Suspension or Closure: PTGaming reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, or regulatory requirements.
• Effect of Termination: Upon account closure, your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

• Disputes: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the PTGaming Platform shall first be submitted to PTGaming's customer support team for informal resolution.
• Escalation: If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to formal dispute resolution proceedings in accordance with Philippine law.
• Jurisdiction: You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any disputes not resolved through informal means.
• Language: These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

PTGaming reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, PTGaming will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform.

• Your continued use of the PTGaming Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
